Ingredients 
- 6-ounce tomato paste – no salt added
- 1 half of an apple (chopped with skin ok) in high speed blender, or sub with 1/3 cup apple juice and omit the water requirement
- 1/3 cup water (if using whole apple for sweetener)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation:
Whip all ingredients in a blender.
Yield: 1 cup
