Our Daily Greens is the first class I teach in The Introduction Cooking Series to Plant-Based Foods.

Dark leafy greens are the superhero foods that hit the top of the food chain! These greens are loaded with more natural occurring food chemicals (phytochemicals) than any other food source on the planet. Nutritionally dense, yet so low in calories, they never land on your tire or your hips. You will learn fabulous ways to eat leafy greens daily. When you begin this daily habit, you will crave nutrient dense food and old cravings for unhealthy food choices disappear.

You will learn to prepare kale, collard, spinach, mustard greens and more in this 40 minute episode. This cooking series will help encourage and motivate you towards preparing food that will support you for a lifetime.
