  • 2 cups flat oats
  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 1 cup bran
  • 1 cup brown rice krispies
  • 1 handful of your favorite nuts ~ pistachios, macadamia, almonds, walnuts


  1. Mix together ingredients and store in an air tight container.
  2. Also add coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, ground flax seed, raisins, dates, and your favorite fresh fruit with plant milk when serving.
  3. Enjoy!

Create your own version of this European classic.  It’s an easy and delicious way to add more whole grains to your day!

I make a batch of this recipe a little different every time. I use up what I have on hand.  Un-cooked oat flakes, un-sweetened almond milk, fresh fruit, a few dates, raisins, or banana for a little sweetness is all you need for a terrific bowl of morning müesli.
