Please join us for 6 weeks of an Asian Cooking Mash Up!
Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai all made with love and laughter in Centennial, Colorado. Get to know your personal chefs Jenny Park and myself, Debbie Devore in this six part cooking series. You will enjoy a cultural immersion as we guide you through many of our favorite dishes, all with a slight Korean twist! Recipe packets are included with each class and a question and answer email format is available to you throughout the week to help you in your own kitchen. Our final class is a market tour and celebration dinner at a local restaurant. The first five classes include Spring Rolls and Nori Cones, Tofu Toe-fun 101, Bi Bim Bop and Korean Side Dishes, Asian Pickling with Bahn Mi Love.
We prep the day before you arrive allowing you to experience a wide variety of dishes within a two hour class. We create before your eyes, allowing you to see helpful techniques and cooking instructions so you will gain the knowledge you need to create these same dishes at home. Our goal is a happy family kitchen! Sign up for the entire cooking series or take an individual class.
Classes are held Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm starting January 18. Our final celebration dinner and market tour will be March 22 from 5:30-9:00 pm.
