If you love or are simply curious about Kimchi, Vegetables from the Sea, Mochi, Ssamjang, Pad Thai Noodles, and Paat Bing Su this class is for you! So many far east favorites in a two hour spin. Our guest instructor, Jenny Park will begin class with an unbelievable appetizer created from Ssamjang Paste, then an introduction into a simple Thirty Minute Kimchi. Experience a variety of seaweed vegetables, create vegan fish sauce, and celebrate a new cuisine in this incredible cooking adventure. Our class ends with an all-time favorite, the amazing Korean Shaved Ice Bowls of Paat Bing Su (Popping Sue). Fresh fruit never tasted so good!
