Learn why Spring Rolls have become a family favorite. Join us for a delightful evening of rice paper rolling, chopping, and a tap tap lesson in chopstick etiquette. Observe and acquire the skills you need to prepare a spring roll appetizer, a spring roll twelve ingredient main course dinner, dipping sauces, and a second meal of five Korean Side Dishes. And that’s not all, our final instruction includes nori cones, fisted rice and rice balls!Classes are held Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm starting January 18. Our final celebration dinner and market tour will be March 22 from 5:30-9:00 pm.
