  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 large beet cooked and cubed
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 apple or banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 4 ice cubes
  • coconut flakes as garnish ~ optional
