Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ red onion rough chopped
  • 2 serrano chile peppers (stem and seeds removed, diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves peeled
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 cup packed parsley
  • 1/3 cup packed cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse lightly. Flavor develops and improves within the hour. For a chunky salsa, chop vegetables by hand.
